Orders of 4 or more sprays will be shipped via Federal Express Ground. You will receive a delivery confirmation directly from Federal express to the email address you provided when ordering.

Orders of 3 sprays or less will be shipped via USPS priority mail service. Orders generally arrive within one week of date ordered, however most orders arrive in 3 business days. To receive your delivery confirmation number tracked by USPS please email us your name, order number and order date and we will provide a call in and tracking number for you to use to confirm that your package has been delivered. customerservice@sprayology.com

APO/AP/PO Box orders will all be shipped USPS priority mail. Orders generally arrive within one week of order date. To receive your delivery confirmation number tracked by USPS please email us your order details including order number and order date and we will provide a call in number and tracking number for you to use to confirm that your package has been delivered.

Returns of unopened product with a receipt within 30 days will receive a refund for purchase price paid minus shipping. Shipping the return back to Sprayology is the responsibility of the customer.
