Ellie Whalen - Founder

Ellie spent the last 25 years working in marketing, sales, operations and management with innovative and luxury brands such as Swatch Watch, Christian Dior and Sprayology.

As part of the founding Sprayology team in 1999, her fingerprint has been on every aspect of the brand. Ellie's endless efforts and innovative spirit have been paramount in the creation, direction and growth of the company. Her well-rounded talents are highlighted by her natural sales and marketing ability and her passion for health, wellness and the Sprayology brand.

Jean Hoehn Zimmerman

Jean spent her entire career in the cosmetics and fragrance business working at such companies as Estee Lauder, Bristol Myers and Chanel.

In 2005, after 27 years at the company, she left Chanel as Executive Vice President, leading the beauty, fragrance and skincare division. Since then, Jean started JHZ Creative Management, an advisory firm focused on startups in the luxury and beauty/wellness category.

Jean currently teaches a management class at FIT Graduate School and is on the FIT Advisory Board. She is a long standing Board Member of Cosmetic Executive Women, a member of The Fashion Group and is on the Auxiliary Board of Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan.

Ruma Bose

Ruma has spent the last 15 years working with such companies as Bose Corporation, Vincent Longo cosmetics and Roseworth Capital. Ruma was most recently a Managing Director at Sage Beauty Group, a venture and advisory business focused in the beauty and luxury goods industry and in that capacity served as interim President at Vincent Longo. Previously, Ruma was Senior Director with Roseworth Capital and was also a Founder and Head of Business Development at Finish Line.

Ruma was formerly a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO) and is currently serving on the Advisory Boards of Renaissance 2.0 and Brooklyn Equities and on the non-profit boards of The Aquaya Institute and Seed NY.
